The Institute for Innovation and Digital Transformation, in collaboration with other units, announced the Vietnam Blue Dragon Awards in Hanoi. This award honors achievements in research, science, and technology applications.
The Role of Technology on Culture
Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Lan, Director of the Institute for Innovation and Digital Transformation and Head of the Blue Dragon Award Organizing Committee, stated that technology provides new ways to preserve, retell, and experience culture.
Through this award program, it is aimed to reach wider audiences with digital transformation steps that serve the development of culture, heritage, tourism, and creative industries.
Six Different Award Categories
The Vietnam Blue Dragon Awards were prepared to find their recipients across a total of six different categories.
These categories were determined as Blue Dragon Heritage, Blue Dragon Destination Brand, Blue Dragon Cultural Industry, Blue Dragon Innovation, Blue Dragon STEAM, and Blue Dragon Impact Award.
