Success in Innovation Output and Ecosystem
Minister Quan noted that the two-spot rise in the country's innovation output index is commendable, and that relevant policy and legal systems have been developed.
He also specifically emphasized the initial formation of a national-level innovation ecosystem alongside the active participation of stakeholders.
Goals Set for 2030 and 2045
In line with the goals of elevating the country into the top 40 GII nations by 2030 and the top 30 nations by 2045, certain limitations still need to be addressed.
