Village School Students in Bayburt Meet at Science and Technology Workshops
Thanks to a project implemented in Bayburt, village school students found the opportunity to conduct hands-on experiments in various fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and chemistry.
Within the scope of the project "Future Inventors: Artificial Intelligence and Experiment-Based Workshops in Village Schools" carried out in Bayburt, students conducted hands-on studies in different disciplines such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and astronomy.
Workshop Studies Within the Scope of the Project
In the project carried out in cooperation with TOBB Örence Primary and Imam Hatip Secondary School and the university, students received hands-on training in the fields of science and technology.
On the first day, many different workshop studies were organized under headings such as artificial intelligence, robotics, chemistry, food, and astronomy.
Hands-on Training and Inspections
Students conducted experiments on interesting themes such as smart irrigation, food detectives, and sky detectives under the guidance of expert instructors in their fields.
Provincial Director of National Education Ömer Faruk Kahraman also visited the workshops, examined the ongoing work on-site, and came together with the students.
Technical Visits to University Units
On the second day of the program, technical visits were organized to units within the university such as the Central Library, Research Laboratories, and Deneyap Workshop.
Students gained knowledge about microscopic analyses, robotic coding, and 3D printer stations there.
Closing and Participation Certificates
The two-day science-filled program concluded with the presentation of participation certificates to the students following the exhibition and closing ceremony.
