Damage Caused to Buildings
Tymur Tkachenko, the head of the local regional military administration, stated that at least 50 residential buildings were damaged in the attack.
The attack caused a large-scale fire that spread to homes and a restaurant.
Warehouse Hit in Myla Village
In a statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that a warehouse in the village of Myla was hit, followed by ammunition explosions.
Investigation and Negligence Accusations
Stating that there are rules stipulating that ammunition cannot be stored near homes or other residential areas, Zelenskyy noted that an investigation has been launched with official negligence accusations.
Evacuation Efforts Continue
It was reported that more than 370 people were evacuated at the scene, where a nursing home serving the elderly and disabled as well as residences were damaged, and operations are ongoing.
