Following the emergency warnings, no loss of life or material damage was reported by authorities, and the warnings were later lifted.
Condemnation from the UN Security Council
The United Nations Security Council announced that it condemned the missile attacks carried out by the Houthis against Saudi Arabia and commercial vessels.
The Council warned that the military escalation carries the risk of expanding the conflict and threatens maritime security.
