Injuries in school protests in France and early election decision in Spain
Many students were injured in high school protests in France, while early general elections were announced in Spain after the housing law failed to pass.

Students took to the streets in France due to long hours, missing teachers, crumbling classrooms, and university admission systems.
It was reported that at least 5,000 people, 85 percent of whom are teenagers, have been detained since the protests began.
Statement on injuries from the education minister
French Education Minister Édouard Geffray announced that at least 190 students have been injured since the beginning of the demonstrations. Minister Geffray stated that the injuries occurred due to accidents or provocateurs using items such as fireworks.
Severe incident in the city of Lens
A 15-year-old boy lost his hand in clashes outside a high school in the northern town of Lens. While local official François-Xavier Lauch confirmed that an investigation has been launched into the incident, a police union stated that a stun grenade may have exploded.
Housing crisis and election in Spain
New developments occurred in Spain while tens of thousands of people were organizing protests due to the housing crisis. Following the failure of the emergency housing legislation to pass in parliament, Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez decided to call early general elections.
Early election date
It was announced that the early general elections declared by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez will be held on November 29. Meanwhile, opposition leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo stated that he welcomed this early election announcement.

Romanian authorities reported that two people lost their lives as a result of a fire on a vessel outside its territorial waters. Ukraine claimed that the incident on this vessel was caused by Russian drones.
