Moscow Targeted
In a midnight operation carried out by Ukrainian forces, hundreds of drones were launched directly toward Moscow.
Moscow city authorities stated that this wave was the largest drone attack ever launched against the Russian capital.
Damage and Casualties
It was reported that material damage occurred at the Moscow Oil Refinery and a residential building as a result of the attacks.
According to information shared by the local governor, two people lost their lives and twenty people were injured in incidents in the Moscow region.
Systems Used and Defense
The Ukrainian President announced that domestically produced Flamingo and Pelican missiles were also used in this operation targeting oil and logistics facilities.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that a total of 1,100 Ukrainian drones were shot down nationwide, as well as over Crimea and the Black Sea.
