Moto Guzzi Celebrates Its 105th Anniversary in Mandello del Lario
The motorcycle brand opened the doors of its new factory and museum complex during a four-day event in Italy.
Moto Guzzi celebrated its 105th anniversary with a traditional gathering held in Mandello del Lario, while also officially inaugurating the renovated facilities, which are the product of a multi-million-dollar investment.
Four-Day Grand Gathering in Mandello del Lario
Moto Guzzi, a long-standing name in the motorcycle world, hosted the four-day Moto Guzzi World Days 2026 events in the town of Mandello del Lario on the shores of Lake Como, Italy, to celebrate its 105th birthday.
Over 60,000 Participants Came Together
More than 60,000 motorcycle enthusiasts from around the world participated in the massive organization held between September 3 and 6, and the celebrations witnessed enthusiastic moments.
Inauguration of the Renovated Factory and Museum Complex
At the center of the celebrations was the official opening of the new factory and museum complex, transformed by Piaggio with an investment of more than 58 million dollars.
Modern Facility Designed by Architect Greg Lynn
Designed by American architect Greg Lynn, the renovated facility preserves the historical buildings and the wind tunnel while encompassing a 32,000-square-meter new museum building and modern production areas.
More Than 160 Historical Motorcycles on Display
The new museum exhibits over 160 motorcycles reflecting the brand's 105-year history, including the famous 500cc V8 racing motorcycle.

Visitors had the opportunity to closely observe the production process of new Moto Guzzis from behind glass in the museum area.
Magnificent Parade and Events
Throughout the event, factory tours, test rides, concerts, and a large parade on Saturday from Lecco to Mandello with the participation of more than 1,500 motorcycles were organized.
Annual Capacity Target of Thirty Thousand
While the ceremony was led by the Italian Presidential guard unit Corazzieri and renowned riders such as Marco Bezzecchi, Lorenzo Savadori, and Max Biaggi, the facility is planned to reach an annual production capacity of more than 30,000 units.
