In the Polish village of Dorohusk near the Ukrainian border, residents were urged to remain vigilant through warnings sent to their phones three times a day.
While military helicopters flew across the sky, traffic at the border was temporarily suspended for security reasons and personnel were evacuated.

In the early hours of September 13, two Russian drones exploding on the Ukrainian side of the Dorohusk-Yahodyn border crossing caused sirens to sound in the village for the first time.
