Texas Christian University rose to number 90 among national universities in the published 2027 U.S. News & World Report assessment, achieving a seven-spot advancement compared to last year.
Rise in the General Rankings
Texas Christian University secured the 90th spot in the national universities category in the 2027 Best Colleges rankings announced by U.S. News & World Report.
With this result, the university rose seven spots compared to last year and has maintained its success within the top 100 for 16 years.
Evaluations by the Chancellor
Chancellor Daniel W. Pullin stated that this rating is an important indicator of the university's momentum at the national level.
Pullin also emphasized that the demand for education is at an all-time high.
Private Colleges and Other Categories
The university secured 48th place in the Top Private Colleges ranking, which was introduced for the first time this year.
Additionally, it ranked 26th in entrepreneurship, 58th in best colleges for veterans, and 70th on the best value schools list.
Economic Accessibility and Achievements
Recording increases in accessibility and affordability-focused categories as well, the institution moved up two spots to number 70 on the Best Value Schools list.
It was also ranked among the top spots by the Princeton Review in areas such as happiest students and student support.
