Position in U.S. News Rankings
In the 2027 'Best Colleges' edition published by U.S. News & World Report, the University of Lynchburg ranked 332nd in the National Universities category. It was also placed 154th on the Best Value Schools list.
Social Mobility and Nursing
The institution ranked 329th in the Top Performers on Social Mobility ranking, which considers Pell Grant graduation rates and performance metrics. The university's nursing program was ranked 557th.
The Princeton Review Evaluation
The University of Lynchburg also found a place in 'The Best 392 Colleges: 2027 Edition' guide published by The Princeton Review. Furthermore, the university was recognized among the best higher education institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region.
