Tiffany Jacobs, a native of Charlotte and a graduate of Winston-Salem State University's Powerhouse cheerleading squad, stepped into acting by landing a role in the series 'A Different World' through auditions she attended in Atlanta, where she had moved for her dance career.

Tiffany Jacobs's time at Winston-Salem State University coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, and by her sophomore year, she fully adapted to university and cheerleader life.

While on the Powerhouse squad, Jacobs met singer Ciara's dancers and decided to pursue a professional dance career, moving to Atlanta after graduation.
