Artificial intelligence robots have begun to be used at Public Administrative Service Centers in communes and wards of Lam Dong province, such as Hoa Thang and Phan Thiet, to facilitate administrative procedures and support citizens in accessing information.

Introduction to artificial intelligence robots

At the Hoa Thang Commune Public Administrative Services Center, citizens have started asking questions directly to AI robots to obtain information regarding procedures such as copies of marriage certificates.

Support for accessing services

Offering support in researching procedures, preparing documents, and applying for online public services, these AI robots open up new channels for people to access information.

Reducing workload and digital access

This implemented model alleviates the regular workload at one-stop service centers while also significantly increasing the public's access to digital services.

24/7 continuous service

In addition to staff guidance, the robots operate continuously every day of the week, providing information on required documents, procedures, processing times, fees, and legal regulations.

Deployment schedule across different regions

While the AI system featuring the MISA Agent Work platform was put into operation in Hoa Thang commune starting in July 2026, it was launched in Phan Thiet ward in April 2026.

Expanding modern administration

This system, which reduces the workload of authorities, increases citizen satisfaction, and creates a modern government image, is also being expanded to other residential areas in the eastern part of the province.
