Agriculture and Product Development Initiatives
In the agricultural sector, supercritical CO₂ technology will be applied to increase the economic value of Aquilaria trees, eels will be farmed under VietGAP standards, and standards for rice paper will be developed.
Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
Plans include establishing a common information platform to support the professional activities of local governments, developing specialized artificial intelligence applications, and testing auxiliary tools.
Cultural and Social Projects
Other tasks include models for voluntary drug addiction treatment, the preservation of the culture of the Chứt ethnic group, and research on the draft book of Hà Tĩnh Newspaper.
