In cooperation with Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality and Özdemir Bayraktar Science Center, HAVELSAN held technology workshops between October 19-21 in village schools located in the Yomra, Akçaabat, and Of districts.

Within the scope of the three-day "Engineer Child on the Road" project, students received hands-on training such as robotic arm construction, sundial design, and BARKAN unmanned ground vehicle simulations. In the most striking part of the event, BAHA, a sub-cloud unmanned aerial vehicle developed by HAVELSAN engineers, was introduced to the students and a live demonstration was performed.

At the end of the event, participating students were presented with Engineer Child participation certificates and magazines. The project aims to support children's scientific thinking and problem-solving abilities, and to increase their interest in domestic technology studies. The activities were carried out to strengthen students' technology awareness prior to BilimFest, which was held on October 22-24.
