Jolly has moved its Antalya call center operations to a new office to strengthen its customer communication processes. The opening of the new center, which became operational as of October, was attended by Jolly Chairman of the Board Mete Vardar, CEO Mert Vardar, AKTOB President Kaan Kavaloğlu, TÜRSAB Second President Davut Günaydın, and TÜRSAB Board Member Hamit Kuk.

The new office was designed as part of Jolly's call center employment, which reaches a total of 500 people in its centers in Antalya and İzmir. Equipped with a modern technological infrastructure and a new switchboard system, the center aims to manage guests' holiday planning and support processes. In addition, the team, which provides call center support to hotels under the HotelLab brand, aims to carry out operational processes more effectively in this new workspace.

The new office design, which prioritizes employee comfort, is arranged to support internal communication with meeting rooms, break areas, and common use spaces. With this new location, Jolly continues to improve its operational structure, reflecting the importance it places on customer experience and guest satisfaction.
