According to the job description, the District Police Department operates as the Permanent Unit of the Steering Committee.

The unit is responsible for coordinating activities, managing information, implementing reporting procedures, and preparing meeting contents.

Important Emphasis on Change from Leadership

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and People's Council Chairwoman Hoang Thi Phuong Ngoc emphasized that this organizational restructuring must create a significant change.

The District Police were requested to immediately take over all files, documents, and ongoing tasks, and to review the current situation.

2026 Goals and Infrastructure Works

Agencies and units were asked to review all assigned targets and focus resources on tasks to be completed in the fourth quarter of the year.

It was stated that technical infrastructure, equipment, digital transformation models, and the joint intranet system must be safely completed.
