Ministry of Health's 31,054 contracted personnel positions and branches finalized
The distribution of 31,054 contracted healthcare personnel to be employed within the Ministry of Health according to titles and institutions has been decided.
The cadre and branch distribution of 31,054 contracted healthcare personnel to be deployed in healthcare institutions and places where it is difficult to recruit personnel by the Ministry of Health has been determined.
According to the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the units where contracted healthcare personnel will be employed in order to carry out services effectively and efficiently in regions experiencing difficulties in meeting the need for healthcare workers have been determined to be implemented in 2027.
With the regulation made, 1 person will be assigned in emergency healthcare services, 7 in district health directorates and community health centers, 6 in health houses, and 31,040 in inpatient treatment areas. Within this scope, there were 5,061 physician positions, 25,955 specialist physician positions, 25 health officers, 9 midwives, 2 nurses, and one dietitian and health technician position each.
After the positions were clarified, candidates waiting to be appointed to the public sector started researching application dates and conditions, while the application calendar for the Ministry of Health personnel recruitment has not yet been officially announced.
