Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz announced during his statement at the TBMM Planning and Budget Committee that payments of up to 1 million lira for investment funds under extraordinary liquidation will begin as of Friday through İş Bankası and Ziraat Bankası. The payments are planned to start from the lowest amounts and proceed toward higher amounts, with the process expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks.

It was stated that the net investment amount remaining under extraordinary liquidation is 125 billion lira. It was announced that the payments will be financed from three main sources: cash assets remaining in the funds, resources recovered from those who obtained unfair gains, and the liquidation of assets transferred to the SDIF (TMSF). It was noted that the recovered unfair gains currently stand at 11 billion lira.

Yılmaz recalled that as of October 23, a total of 68 billion lira had been paid to 71,899 accounts linked to 93 funds. While payments for funds linked to A1 Capital, Bulls, Pardus, and Hedef companies have been carried out within the scope of the process, it was noted that discussions regarding the liquidation status of the company named Atlas are ongoing.
