Technology ecosystem being established in Hakkari with the Entrepreneurship Office

Official efforts have been initiated to establish an 'Entrepreneurship Office' in Hakkari, in partnership with Van Yüzüncü Yıl University and Hakkari University, to support young entrepreneurs and commercialize scientific studies.

To implement the project, inspections were carried out with the participation of Hakkari Provincial Director of Industry and Technology Erol Baykara, Hakkari University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hayati Çavuş, Van TEKNOKENT General Manager Dr. Yasemin Yetkim, and representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Following the evaluations, the delegation presented detailed information about the project to Hakkari Governor İbrahim Taşyapan.

The office to be established aims to create an ecosystem integrated with the DENEYAP Technology Workshop and the National Technology Workshop, in addition to spreading the culture of entrepreneurship. Provincial Director Erol Baykara stated that the office would guide entrepreneurs, reduce startup costs, and facilitate access to financing sources.
