Vietnam International Digital Week 2026 Kicks Off in Quang Ninh

Vietnam International Digital Week 2026 (VIDW 2026) is being held in Quang Ninh from October 28-30 in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the People's Committee of Quang Ninh City.

Implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the People's Committee of Quang Ninh City, Vietnam International Digital Week 2026 (VIDW 2026) is taking place in Quang Ninh from October 28 to October 30. The event saw the participation of approximately 500 domestic and international delegates from around 30 countries, including government agencies, international organizations, technology companies, research institutes, universities, and experts in related fields.

Delivering the opening speech on the morning of October 28, Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan emphasized that Vietnam positions artificial intelligence as a strategic technology and a vital driving force promoting innovation in growth models. Nguyen Van Cong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh City, stated that the city places great importance on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation processes. Within the scope of VIDW 2026, conferences, forums, thematic workshops, and a technology exhibition are being organized.
