714 Fugitive Criminals Brought to Turkey from 44 Countries

With the Kapan operations carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Interior, 714 fugitives sought in 44 countries have been brought to Turkey since the beginning of the year.

The balance sheet of Turkey's cross-border crime tracking since the beginning of the year has been announced by official authorities. A total of 714 people have been brought to our country since the beginning of the year.
Distribution by Crime Types
The distribution of the brought individuals according to crime types was categorized as public order, smuggling, narcotics, and terrorism offenses.
Organized Crime Syndicate Members
It was stated that 170 of the individuals sought with a red notice were leaders or members of organized crime syndicates.
International Cooperation
Security units continue to cooperate with international organizations to capture individuals who have fled abroad and are sought for various crimes.
