Before joining UMG, Celma served at Condé Nast, where he oversaw machine learning and product analytics efforts. During his time at Spotify, he contributed as an engineering director to the development of features such as AI DJ, Jam, and Daylist.
Artificial Intelligence and Human Artistry
In his new role, Celma will report to UMG Chief Data Officer Hannah Poferl, leading the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the company's operations to support human artistry.
