4th Sanat Dünyamız Days to Begin with the Theme 'Cracked Cocoon'
The event, to be held at Yapı Kredi Culture and Arts, will bring together names from different disciplines.
The 4th Sanat Dünyamız Days will meet art lovers with the theme “Cracked Cocoon” between October 8-11 at Yapı Kredi Culture and Arts.
The Purpose of the Cracked Cocoon Theme
Prepared by Fisun Yalçınkaya and Ahsen Erdoğan, the four-day program aims to examine the routines of art and daily life from different disciplines.
Exhibition and Opening Day Events
The program will begin on Thursday, October 8, with the opening of Burak Ata’s solo exhibition titled “When I Objectify My Most Ordinary Feelings” and an artist talk.
Art Education and Workshops
On Friday, October 9, a fanzine workshop will be held by Vardal Caniş, and Burak Delier and Şive Neşe Baydar will discuss the concepts of art and repetition.
The Idea of Cocoon and Urban Spaces
On Saturday, October 10, Şafak Şule Kemancı will address the idea of the cocoon, while İris Ergül will conduct a workshop based on paper folding practice, and Yağmur Yıldırım will deliver a talk.
Performances and Closing
On Sunday, October 11, the performances of İris Ergül and Merve Morkoç will be presented to the audience for the first time, and the event will conclude with a talk by Mine Söyler.
