As part of the 'You Are Now Far Away' program prepared by the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation Pera Museum, three cult films that have left their mark in the world of cinema will be presented to audiences, while the events will be enriched with DJ performances and free exhibition tours.

Prepared by the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation Pera Museum Film and Video Programs, the special event series will offer movie lovers the opportunity to both watch films and meet with music.

Cult Productions to be Screened

Among the productions that will meet audiences within the scope of the program are unforgettable works of cinema history.

Opening with Pulp Fiction

The event series will start on September 12 at 18:00 with the screening of the film Pulp Fiction, directed by Quentin Tarantino.

DJ Performance by Engin Ertan

Following the first screening at 21:00, cinema and music writer Engin Ertan will take over the DJ booth for participants.

Dazed and Confused Film

The series will continue to host film enthusiasts on September 19 with the screening of Dazed and Confused, signed by Richard Linklater.

Musical Selection by Doğu Yücel

Following the screening at 18:30, Doğu Yücel, who has worked as a music writer for many years, will present his special selection inspired by the musical memory of the film to the listeners.

The Big Lebowski and Finale

The final screening of the program will take place on September 26 with the Coen Brothers' cult production, The Big Lebowski.

Free Exhibitions and Events

Throughout the evenings when screenings are held, museum exhibitions can be visited free of charge between 19:00 and 23:00, and all DJ performances will be open to the public.
