Culture and Art Week Begins in Batman
Free events ranging from cinema to concerts and theater await art lovers at the center in Batman.
A rich culture and art week featuring everything from cinema and concerts to theater and talks is being organized for art lovers in Batman. It has been announced that all events to be held at the Ahmet Güneştekin Culture and Art Center will be free of charge.
Opening to Feature a Talk and Film Screening
The opening of the culture and art week will take place on Monday, April 6. Bringing cinema enthusiasts together, the event will start at 20:00, and the program will include the film "As Known As Not".
Concert Exclusively for Women
As part of the program, the "Woman to Woman Entertainment" concert will meet the audience on Wednesday, April 8, at 20:00. At the event, artists under the direction of Conductor Münevver Denizhan will offer a musical feast exclusively for female spectators.
Theater Encounters for Children
Events aimed at introducing children to art will take place on Friday, April 10. Within the scope of the "Schools Meet Theater" project, students will be introduced to theater in two separate sessions.
Cine-Theater Performance to Be Staged
Inspired by the history of science and thought, the performance titled "Cine-Theater: Horizons Beyond Time" will be presented to the audience on Saturday, April 11. This special event can also be attended in two separate sessions.
Traditional Melodies at the Dengbej Night
The "Dengbej Night", where traditional music will be kept alive, will start on Sunday evening, April 12, at 19:30. Xezal Ceylan, Bayram Akdemir, and Vedat Akarsu will take the stage during the night to perform traditional melodies.
Closing with a Talk Program
The final event of the week will take place on Wednesday, April 15, with the participation of jurist and writer Hayati İnanç. İnanç will meet with the audience at 20:00 with his talk titled "Soul-Giving Butterflies".
