Diyarbakır to be the 22nd Stop of the Turkey Culture Route Festival
Comprehensive art and culture events held in mid-October in different regions of Turkey are meeting with art lovers.
Within the scope of various culture and arts events implemented across Turkey in October 2026, important festivals are being held in Diyarbakır and Denizli.
Diyarbakır Culture Road Festival
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Turkey Culture Road Festival is being held for the fifth time in Diyarbakır between October 10 and 18.
Events and Concerts
This major festival, lasting for nine days, features concerts, exhibitions, theatrical plays, interviews, and comprehensive gastronomy events.
Famous names such as Hakan Altun, Mert Demir, Sefo, Sagopa Kajmer, Derya Uluğ, Bengü, Murat Boz, and Fatma Turgut are taking the stage at Nevruz Park.
Gastronomy Program
While Gamze Cizreli is hosting the gastronomy program of the festival, many different chefs and authors are being hosted as guests throughout the process.
Merkezefendi Film Festival
In Denizli, on the other hand, the 2nd Local Culture International Film Festival (INCUFF), implemented with the support of the Merkezefendi Municipality, is taking place between October 14 and 18.
Film Screenings and Interviews
At the five-day event held at the Merkezefendi Culture Center, short films addressing local cultures from various continents of the world are being screened.
Within the framework of the program, director interviews, informative presentations, and concerts are also being presented to the appreciation of the participants.
Free Events and Closing
Within the scope of the festival, where all events are completely open to the public and free of charge, the award and closing ceremony is being held on October 17.
