Grape Harvest Festival in Çal Concluded with Enthusiastic Events
The traditional festival held in Denizli's Çal district closed its doors with an enthusiastic finale following a series of colorful cultural, artistic, and sporting events.
The 29th International Çal Grape Harvest, Culture and Art Festival, organized for the second time this year by the Çal Municipality in Denizli, came to an end with a Muazzez Ersoy concert after a three-day intensive event program.
Three Days of Culture and Art Enthusiasm
Moments full of culture, art, sports, and music were experienced for three days in the Çal district. The organization, held with the participation of thousands of people, brought a festive atmosphere to the district.
Throughout the festival, Çal's traditional values, agricultural wealth, and cultural accumulation were brought to the forefront and conveyed to visitors.
A Magnificent Finale and Çal Karası Grapes
Muazzez Ersoy, one of the powerful voices of Turkish music, took the stage on the final night of the festival, providing unforgettable moments for the participants.
While songs were sung in unison in the packed area, the artist tasting the Çal Karası grapes on stage added a special color to the night.
Various Events and Sports Tournaments
Within the scope of the festival, sporting activities such as a cycling event and the Apollon Lermonos Temple Chess Tournament were organized.
Additionally, the program was enriched with the participation of writers, painters, and local artists, offering events that appealed to different segments of society.
Artists Took the Stage and Tradespeople Were Satisfied
On the first day of the organization, Türkü Bayram, and on the second day, Murat Kekilli met with their fans and performed on stage.
The intensity that lasted for three days enlivened the district's economy and brought a smile to the faces of tradespeople, from cafes to restaurants.
