Karsu Dönmez Organizes Solidarity Concert in Hatay

The European Union's "Melody of Solidarity: Stronger Together" concert will meet music lovers in Hatay on September 17. Jazz-pop artist Karsu, who will take the stage as part of the event, will be accompanied by local choirs.

The event titled “Melody of Solidarity: Stronger Together,” organized by the European Union, will take place on September 17 at the Sümerler Amphitheatre in Hatay. In this free organization, Hatay-born jazz-pop artist Karsu, who lives in the Netherlands, will come together with music lovers from Hatay.
Support from Choirs
During the concert, Karsu will be accompanied on stage by the Serinyol Hand in Hand Solidarity Association Choir (SEDYAD Choir) and the Hatay Academy Children and Youth Choir. These local communities accompanying the artist will strengthen the spirit of solidarity of the night.
Interinstitutional Cooperation
Through this special concert, the European Union aims to share hope and the feeling of solidarity with the people of Hatay through music, despite all the challenges experienced. SEDYAD, which will take part in the concert, carries out joint projects with the Karsu Foundation, established by Karsu to support those affected by the earthquake.

The Hatay Academy Children and Youth Choir benefited from the "Ortaklaşa: Culture, Dialogue and Support Program" carried out by the European Union through İKSV. Those who want to watch the event at the Sümerler Amphitheatre need to get free tickets by using a QR code before the concert.
