Hosting culture and art events across Kayseri for nine days, the festival featured a wide array of activities ranging from concerts to theatrical performances, exhibitions, talks, traditional art workshops, and culinary stops.

During the final day programs held at the Kayseri Culture Center, folk poet Neşet Ertaş was commemorated with the concert titled "Tribute to the Plectrum of the Steppes: Neşet Ertaş Folk Songs" and fondly remembered with deep emotion by his fans.

Written by Haldun Taner and directed by Boğaçhan Sözmen, The Epic of Keşanlı Ali met theatergoers at the Kayseri State Theater Stage with its second performance, receiving full marks from the audience.
