Target of a Terror-Free Turkey Becomes the Agenda for Universities' First Class of the New Academic Year

The Council of Higher Education sent an official letter to all universities across Turkey, determining the agenda for the first class of the 2026-2027 academic year as the goal of a 'Terror-Free Turkey'.

It was reported that an official letter was sent by the Council of Higher Education to all universities across the country, and steps regarding the new term were taken.
With this letter sent, the opening agenda of the 2026-2027 academic year became official.
The Agenda of the First Class Determined
It was announced that the main topic to be addressed at the opening ceremonies and first classes of universities will be the goal of a 'Terror-Free Turkey'.
It was stated that this goal will be covered in line with the vision set forth by President Recep Tayyip.
Academic Studies Will Be Conducted
Universities were requested to address the issue in its social, economic, legal, political, cultural, and security dimensions.
In this context, it was emphasized that various academic studies, panels, conferences, and workshops should be organized.
