The 33rd International Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival Commenced with the Opera Attila

Realized by the General Directorate of State Opera and Ballet, the 33rd International Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival brought together art lovers in the historical atmosphere of the Aspendos Ancient Theatre.
Opening Night of the Festival
Organized by the General Directorate of State Opera and Ballet between September 12-26, 2026, the 33rd International Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival brings art lovers together with select examples of opera and ballet in the historical atmosphere of the Aspendos Ancient Theatre.
First Work Staged
On the opening night of the festival, Giuseppe Verdi's opera Attila, staged by the Antalya State Opera and Ballet Directorate, was presented to the appreciation of art lovers.
Other Works Included in the Program
Within the scope of the festival, the ballet Anna Karenina, the stage cantata Carmina Burana, and at the closing, the ballet Spartacus to be staged by the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abay will also meet with the audience.
