Within the framework of a project carried out by the Kırşehir Youth and Culture Association, thirty young people from five countries, including Turkey, came together in Kırşehir to establish cross-cultural interaction.

Kırşehir Meeting Within the Scope of the Project

Thirty young people coming from Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, and Italy were hosted in the city through a program prepared by the Kırşehir Youth and Culture Association.

Thanks to this meaningful meeting supported by the National Agency, participants got the opportunity to closely get to know the city's rich cultural fabric.

Transfer of Cultural Values

Throughout the program, young people are participating in various activities to learn important cultural values of the city such as music, folk dances, and local dishes.

Thanks to organized practical workshops and artistic activities, participants are personally experiencing the rich history and cultural treasures.

Main Purpose and Goals of the Project

Project Coordinator Mutlu Kılıçaslan expressed their pride in hosting young people from different countries and stated that they aim to increase cross-cultural interaction.

Kılıçaslan stated that within the scope of the events, the life of Neşet Ertaş as well as Turkish music and folk dances were conveyed to the participants.

Views and Impressions of Participants

Anna Gallenkemper and Yuana Dyulgerova, young participants from Bulgaria, shared their satisfaction in getting to know Anatolia and different cultures.

Efe Emin, a participant of Turkish origin, emphasized that the project will make significant contributions to eliminating potential prejudices between countries.
