Trabzon International Art Meeting Exhibition Opened at the Girls' Monastery
Works by twenty artists from seven countries met with art enthusiasts at the workshop organized by Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality.
Within the framework of the 5th International Art Meeting Painting Workshop organized by Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality, works prepared by twenty artists from seven countries began to be exhibited at the Girls' Monastery.
Workshop and Exhibition Opening
A special exhibition was prepared for the works produced within the scope of the 5th International Art Meeting Painting Workshop organized this year by Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality. Trabzon Metropolitan Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç cut the opening ribbon of the exhibition, which features works created during the workshop that started on September 20.
Works of International Participants
At the cultural event held at the Girls' Monastery, works by artists from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Georgia, Russia, Iran, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, as well as Turkey, were presented to the appreciation of art enthusiasts. Mayor Genç examined the works in the exhibition one by one and received information from the artists.
Cultural Wealth and New Projects
Emphasizing Trabzon's history, culture, and art identity, Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç stated that international art organizations make significant contributions to the cultural richness of the city. Genç also announced that they will implement new culture and arts center projects in the city.
