Emphasizing that challenges which no country can overcome alone can only be resolved through collective action and international cooperation, Memişoğlu drew attention to the inevitability of acting together on a global scale.
Turkey's COVID-19 Process and Health Infrastructure
Stating that Turkey successfully managed the COVID-19 pandemic process thanks to its strong infrastructure, Minister Memişoğlu said that no citizen, from the youngest to the oldest, was deprived of access to medical treatment.
It was underlined that the experience and capabilities gained during those difficult days were transformed into a spirit of global solidarity.
Medicine and Vaccine Crisis in Gaza
Stating that equality is of great importance in global health security, Memişoğlu emphasized that they are facing a grave picture in Gaza where people cannot even access vaccines and essential medicines.
Call to Unite Around Common Humanitarian Values
Making a call to ensure fair access to medical services under equal conditions, Memişoğlu invited all nations to unite around common humanitarian values.
