The trailer has been released for the documentary NAZA, which features the testimonies of Israeli soldiers regarding events in Gaza and won an award at the Venice Film Festival.
Subject of the Documentary and Testimonies
Prepared by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, the documentary focuses on the accounts of 24 Israeli soldiers who served in Gaza.
Festival Success and Reactions
The film won the special jury prize at the 83rd International Venice Film Festival and received applause for about 25 minutes after its screening.
Meanwhile, the production sparked controversy in Israel, and the directors became targets of threats.
Theatrical Screenings and Release Schedule
Co-produced by The Guardian, the documentary will begin meeting audiences in cinemas across more than 50 countries starting September 28.
Following the completion of its theatrical run, the production will be streamed for free on The Guardian's website in November.
