Türkiye Culture Road Festival Begins in Kayseri
The opening of the Culture Road Festival took place in Kayseri on September 5. Events will run until September 13, bringing many art branches together with audiences.
The Kayseri leg of the Türkiye Culture Road Festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, began with a program held on September 5 and will continue until September 13.
Opening Program and Participants
Hosted for the second time by Kayseri, the Türkiye Culture Road Festival started with an opening program held at the Historic Kayseri Castle on Saturday, September 5.
The opening ceremony was attended by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Serdar Çam, and protocol members.
Exhibition Visits and Events
Following the opening, the protocol delegation visited the Kayseri Archaeology Museum to examine the exhibitions titled "Sacred Relics of the Ottoman Empire", "Living Heritage: Kayseri", and "Hâne".
Art lovers across the city have begun to come together through a wide range of activities from concerts to exhibitions, and from children's events to theater.
Festival Venues and Duration
Events that will serve as the meeting point of culture and art for nine days will continue until September 13.
Many locations, such as the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Nation's Garden, Kayseri Castle Interior Archaeology Museum, Kayseri Culture Center, and the Provincial Public Library, are hosting the events.
