President Erdoğan Emphasizes Terror-Free Turkey Vision at Graduation Ceremony
Speaking at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy graduation, President Erdoğan emphasized that they will permanently resolve the terrorism issue, which has cost the country 40 years, through the hand-in-hand efforts of the state and the nation.
Attending the 2025-2026 academic year graduation ceremony held at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Presidency Stadium, President Erdoğan stated that it is of vital importance for the vision of a Terror-Free Turkey and a Terror-Free Region to reach its destination.
Graduation Ceremony and Greetings
A graduation ceremony was held at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Presidency Stadium for officer and non-commissioned officer students who successfully completed the 2025-2026 academic year.
In his speech at the ceremony, President Erdoğan conveyed his greetings and affection to all members of the security organization serving devotedly at home and abroad.
Numerical Distribution of New Graduates
A total of 5,915 personnel, including 1,142 officers and 4,773 non-commissioned officers, successfully experienced the joy of graduation from the academy this term.
Additionally, a total of 16 guest officers, including 10 from Azerbaijan and 6 from Kazakhstan, completed their training and graduated at the ceremony.
Participation of Female Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers
The inclusion of 504 female officers and non-commissioned officers among the 5,915 graduated personnel made the picture of pride at the ceremony even more meaningful.
President Erdoğan expressed that he finds the presence of female officers and non-commissioned officers in this table of success to be valuable and important.

It was stated that the aim is to permanently resolve the terrorism issue, which has cost tens of lives and 40 years of the country.
