Dilek Şan has been appointed as the CFO of Legrand Turkey Group, which operates in the field of building electrical and digital infrastructures, effective September 1, 2026. With this appointment, Şan became the company's first female and Turkish CFO.

Career Journey and Past Experiences
Stepping into professional business life in the field of auditing, Dilek Şan worked as a Financial Control and Planning Specialist within Fiba Holding following three years of auditing experience.
Starting to work as a Budget, Reporting and Control Specialist under the roof of Estap, affiliated with Legrand Turkey Group, in 2011, she also assumed the responsibility of Financial Controller.
Steps of Ascent Within the Company
Dilek Şan became the Budget and Reporting Manager of Legrand Turkey Group in 2016, and was appointed as the Country Financial Control Manager in 2018.
After working as the Country Finance and Compliance Controller within Kerry, a different institution, between 2023 and 2024, she returned to the group again.
Return to the Group and the CFO Role
The successful executive returned to Legrand Turkey Group in 2024 to carry out the position of Country Financial Control Director and was subsequently announced as the new CFO.
Predecessor
With Dilek Şan's appointment as the new CFO, Manohar Shetty, who had been serving as the CFO of Legrand Turkey Group since 2022, handed over the baton.
Manohar Shetty continued his career within the Legrand Group as the CFO of India.
