19 suspects referred to judgeship in capital market transactions investigation
19 of the suspects detained in the capital market investigation conducted in Istanbul were sent to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for arrest.
It was reported that 19 out of 20 suspects detained within the scope of investigations conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding transactions in the capital market completed their statements at the prosecutor's office and were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for arrest.
Development of the Investigation and Referral Procedures
The procedures for the suspects referred to the courthouse within the scope of the investigations conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Bureau for Investigation of Terrorism Financing and Laundering Crimes are ongoing.
It was recorded that 19 of the 20 detained suspects were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for arrest after their statements at the prosecutor's office were completed.

It was shared that the procedures for Tera Yatırım Board Member Bülent Uygun at the prosecutor's office are still ongoing.
Among the suspects referred to the judgeship with a request for arrest are Abdulkadir Özkan, Nihat Kırmızı, Gözde Hacıoğlu, Furkan Baki, Murat Keçeci, Ramazan Erbey, İlhan Aygül, Salih Can Bülbül, Selçuk Kahya, Büşra Alçelik, Uğur Akkafa, Samet Çetinel, Celal Yarız, İsmail Ege, Mehmet Yıldırım, Lütfi Çetinel, Halil İbrahim Ege, Berkan Gülen and Mehmet Erbey.
MASAK Writ and Financial Data
It was stated that the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office sent a writ to MASAK on September 17 during the investigation process.
In this context, it was conveyed that it was requested to obtain financial data regarding Pusula Finans Holding AŞ, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Hedef Holding AŞ and Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ as well as the sub-managers of these companies.
