25 Percent Discount Campaign Starting for Those Who Pay Off Their TOKİ Debt in Advance
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced the dates for the 25 percent discount campaign for those who bought homes and workplaces from TOKİ.
Speaking at the drawing ceremony in Zeytinburnu, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum shared the details and dates of the 25 percent discount campaign for individuals who will pay off their TOKİ debt in advance.
Campaign Dates and Scope
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the Housing Development Administration's (TOKİ) campaign for discounts on early debt payoffs will take place this year between September 22 and October 19, 2026.
Discount Rates and Payment Conditions
Within the scope of the campaign, a 25 percent discount will be applied to citizens who pay off their entire debt in advance. Those who cannot pay off their entire debt will be able to benefit from the discount at the same rate on the amount they pay, provided that they deposit at least 25 percent of the remaining debt balance.
Eligible Beneficiaries
The newly announced payment convenience campaign covers the sale of 228,000 houses and workplaces totaling 340 billion liras. Thousands of beneficiaries who continue their payments will be able to take advantage of this right.
Campaign Terms and Exceptions
Owners of residences and workplaces whose sales were made by TOKİ until the end of June 2025 and whose repayment installments started as of the same period will be able to benefit from this opportunity. Beneficiaries with 12 months or fewer remaining installments will not be included in this campaign.
