5 suspects arrested in capital markets investigation

Within the scope of the capital markets investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, executives of Tera Yatırım Holding and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pusula Holding were referred to the courthouse and arrested.

Investigation and Judicial Process

Investigations regarding transactions carried out in the capital market continue by the Terror Financing and Laundering Investigation Bureau of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. It was reported that the detained suspects were referred to the peace criminal judgeship after their procedures at the prosecutor's office were completed.

Arrested Individuals

Emre Tezmen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tera Yatırım Holding; Emre Alkin, Member of the Board of Directors of Tera Yatırım Holding; Kerem Alkin, Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Tera Yatırım; Alper Öztürk, General Manager of Tera Portföy; and Serdar Turhan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pusula Holding, who were referred to the courthouse within the scope of the investigation, were arrested by the judgeship to which they were brought.

SPK Report and Findings

In the audit report of the Capital Markets Board dated September 17, it was determined that market fraud was committed in Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ. Accordingly, judicial proceedings were initiated against numerous suspects in the investigation carried out regarding the company's shares.

Freezing of Assets

In the financial dimension of the investigation, it was announced that the assets of managers and authorities connected to Pusula Finans Holding, Pusula Yatırım Menkul Değerler, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler, Tera Portföy Yönetimi, Hedef Holding, Hedef Portföy Yönetimi, Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler, Bulls Portföy Yönetimi, and Ufuk Yatırım Yönetim ve Gayrimenkul have been frozen.
