An official signing ceremony was held in Tunisia on September 24, 2026, for the establishment of Aksa Kompozit's new company in Tunisia and the collaborations to be carried out within the scope of the investment.
The ceremony was attended by high-level representatives from the diplomacy, investment, and business worlds, as well as executives from Akkök Holding and Aksa Kompozit.

The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Tunisia, Ahmet Misbah Demircan, and the CEO of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Tunisia, Jalel Tebib.
Additionally, Borj Cedria Technopark CEO Nada Lachaal, Turkish-Tunisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Selçuk Yılmaz, and GITAS President Stefania Sonia Dallali were present.

The facility, which will focus on the production of advanced composite parts for the aviation sector, is planned as a greenfield manufacturing facility investment.
It is stated that this new investment will be approximately 5 million US dollars in size.

Ocak emphasized that Tunisia's human resources, aviation manufacturing ecosystem, and proximity to European markets played a decisive role in the investment decision.
