The Ankara Development Agency continues to implement its technical support program that provides training and consultancy services in creative industry fields such as artificial intelligence, gaming technologies, and new media.

Scope of Support and New Economy Fields

The priorities of the program include artificial intelligence, new media, gaming technologies, augmented and virtual reality applications.

Additionally, efforts in branding, intellectual property management, internationalization, creative exports, green transition, and sustainable production are supported.

Institutions and Organizations Eligible to Apply

Not only public institutions, but a wide range of stakeholders can benefit from the technical support program.

Businesses, universities, municipalities, professional organizations, non-governmental organizations, technology development zones, and organized industrial zones are among the eligible applicants.

Support Model and Financial Conditions

The provided 500 thousand TL does not mean direct cash support transferred to the accounts of businesses, and procurement operations are carried out by the Agency.

The total cost of a technical support including VAT can be a maximum of 500 thousand TL, and the implementation period is applied as a maximum of 6 months.

Calendar and Application Processes

Applications for the September-October period can be made via the Development Agencies Management System until October 30, 2026, at 23:59.

The final submission or electronic signature date of the commitment letter was announced as November 6, 2026, at 17:00.
