Applications for Rental Social Housing End Within the Scope of the Housing Project of the Century
The process is coming to an end for the first phase of the rental social housing project implemented for the first time in Istanbul. Beneficiaries can make their applications via e-Government.
Within the framework of the Housing Project of the Century carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, applications for rental social housing, which will be implemented for the first time in Turkey, end today.
Application Process and Method
Applications, which will end today, are carried out via e-Government through the Housing and Workplace Application service of the Housing Development Administration, and no application fee is charged.
Distribution of Residences and Locations
A total of 1,071 residences to be rented out in the first phase are located in four different areas in Istanbul, and citizens can apply regardless of the district where they reside.
Rental Conditions and Prices
In the project where monthly rental prices will start from 10,000 liras, the residences will be rented below regional market rates and no increases will be made for 12 months from the delivery date.
Application Requirements and Restrictions
In order to apply for the project, conditions are required such as being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, having completed the age of 18, being married, and household net income not exceeding 100,000 liras.
