Investigations conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Investigation Bureau for Terrorism Financing and Money Laundering regarding transactions in the capital market continue in a multifaceted manner.
Lifting of Restrictions
In the writs sent by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to the relevant institutions, it was reported that asset-freezing measures on 45 companies and 19 funds were lifted in line with new evaluations made by the CMB and related boards.
CMB's Letter
In the letter signed by the CMB Chairman, while determinations regarding strong suspicion of market fraud were included, it was stated that it would be beneficial to re-evaluate the restrictions regarding responsible legal entities and funds.
Administrative Decisions and Process
While the lifting of the restrictions does not invalidate the administrative decisions or liquidation processes previously taken by the CMB, measures aimed at protecting investors continue to be applied separately.

Although the judicial restrictions on companies and funds have been lifted, asset restrictions and examinations regarding money movements concerning natural persons continue with determination.
