Struggling with economic difficulties in Turkey, Kuşçu Seyahat, Ermetal Çelik Yapı, and Derix İlaç Ecza Deposu have gone bankrupt by court orders; the legal process has begun for creditors and employees.

Background of the Bankruptcy Decisions

While attempts by companies experiencing financial distress across Turkey to restructure their debts continue, some businesses are unable to emerge from this process and face bankruptcy decisions.

Following these bankruptcy decisions, a new legal process has been activated for the legal collection of accumulated receivables of company employees and other debts.

Kuşçu Seyahat Bankrupt

By a decision issued by the Kocaeli 1st Commercial Court of First Instance, an official bankruptcy decision was issued regarding Kuşçu Seyahat, known as Kılıçbey Turizm Seyahat Acentesi.

Among the customers of the company, which organizes domestic and international tours, sells airline tickets, and provides personnel and student transportation, were leading brands.

The Status of Ermetal Çelik Yapı

As a result of the proceedings conducted by the same court, the Kocaeli 1st Commercial Court of First Instance, Ermetal Çelik Yapı was also included among the bankrupt companies.

Decision for Derix İlaç Ecza Deposu

As a result of the lawsuit heard by the Istanbul 20th Commercial Court of First Instance, the bankruptcy of Derix İlaç Ecza Deposu, operating in the Kartal region, was also decided.
