The Capital Markets Board has taken and shared with the public an important principle decision regarding share buyback transactions. With the new decision taken, the application of the upper limit regarding the total price in share buybacks carried out by companies has been terminated.
Valid Until Second Announcement
The published regulation covers transactions within the framework of the principle decision dated March 19, 2025, and numbered 16/531. It was stated that the upper limit in the relevant article of the Communiqué on Buybacked Shares will not be applied until a second announcement is made.
