Strategic Location and Area Size
Located near the strategic Bab al-Hawa border gate on the Turkish border, the project is being implemented on an area of approximately 364,000 square meters.
Industrial Plots and Administrative Facilities
Within the scope of the project, 240,000 square meters of ready-to-sell industrial plots have been allocated for investors, while an area of 6,394 square meters has been designed for administrative and service facilities.
Transportation and Green Area Planning
While 67,500 square meters of road space has been allocated for the transportation infrastructure in the modern industrial city, a 50,000-square-meter portion has been planned as green spaces and public parks.
