Denizbank Provides $50 Million in Financing to the Agricultural Sector

Denizbank has announced that it will utilize a one-year financing resource of $50 million obtained from Citi for the financing of the agricultural sector.
Procurement and Maturity of the Resource
Denizbank has created a new financing resource as a result of the cooperation carried out with the US-based financial institution Citi.
It was officially announced that the maturity of this provided resource is one year and it will be channeled by the bank into the agricultural field.
Utilization via Producer Card
The $50 million financing secured will be made available to farmers and agricultural enterprises through the Producer Card.
Through this method, it is aimed to meet the financial needs of producers directly and rapidly.
Sustainable Finance and Food Security
It was stated that the resource in question will be utilized in compliance with the Sustainable Finance Framework.
In the statement, it was emphasized that this investment to be directed to the agricultural sector aims to increase the resilience of the value chain and strengthen food security.
